What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Domestic Expedited Shipping Options
Deliveries to P.O. boxes or APO, FPO, or DPO aren't eligible for One-Day or Two-Day Shipping. Note: When you select One-Day or Two-Day Shipping, we may use air or ground shipping to deliver your items within the promised time frame
Do You Ship Internationally?
Amazon.com ships products internationally with JSL Business Group. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees vary depending on the delivery address for your order. How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Depending on the shipping method you chose, it's possible that the tracking information might not be visible immediately.
Items sent by third-party sellers from the Laisen can in some cases also be tracked. It's possible if the seller has shared this information with JSL Business Group and you have chosen a traceable shipping method.
Note: Some packages, such as standard international deliveries, aren't trackable. Other reasons why tracking information might not be available are listed on Missing Tracking Information.
If the estimated delivery date for your package has passed and your tracking information hasn't changed, allow an additional day or two for the package to be delivered. Read more about our recommended actions on Late Deliveries.
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't yet received it, go to Find a Missing Package that Shows as Delivered to find out which steps you can take.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Accepted Payment Methods: JSL Business Group accepts a variety of payment options, including credit and debit cards The following payment methods are available for use: Visa (including the JSL Business Group Rewards Visa Signature Card) MasterCard/EuroCard Discover Network American Express Diner's Club (U.S billing addresses only) JCB NYCE STAR China UnionPay (credit card only) Visa, MasterCard, or American Express prepaid credit or gift cards Venmo You can add a completely new payment card or change your existing payment details, without having to place an order, in your JSL Business Group Wallet You can also use Amazon Gift Cards to pay for your order.

How do I place an Order?
The availability estimate for each product detail page tells you how soon we can dispatch the item to you.
If you have a default international shipping address, the product detail pages indicate if we can ship to your address.
Note: If the product isn't in stock, the availability indicates the estimated time it will take us to get it from our suppliers under normal conditions.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Go to Your Orders and select the order you want to cancel.
Select Cancel items
Note: For third-party seller orders, select Request Cancellation. If Request Cancellation is no longer available, contact the seller for instructions. Go to Contact Third-Party Sellers.
Select the check box of the item that you want to remove from the order. To cancel the entire order, select all of the items.
Select Cancel selected items in this order when finished.
Confirm that your order is cancelled
After submitting the cancellation, you'll receive a confirmation message on the screen. You'll also receive a message in the Message Center in Your Account.
Cancel items is not available
If Cancel items is not available, Amazon may have already shipped it. Go to Your Orders and select Track package, and then Cancel this delivery.
Do I need an account to place an order?
If the order hasn't shipped: Go to Change Your Order Information. Select a different shipping address where someone can sign for your order. If the order already shipped: Contact the carrier. Arrange to collect the shipment Note: If you can't collect your order, you can refuse delivery and contact us.
How Do I Track My Order?
